We Keep it Simple

As the name suggests Kis.c is about simple workable solutions for the public sector.Business Consultancy habitually takes too long, it's too expensive and the jargon defeats the customer. All we need to know is what success looks like and if within 48hrs we cannot come up with three workable practical solutions for you to test and learn from then that's not keeping it simple!!

Once again lots of jargon often coupled with a complicated disruptive change programme. This will be managed through project management methodology, which often sees you as a slave to the project "Gantt" charts and milestones not the real issues.Our experience is that under each heading there are nearly always three bite sized simple options to be tested and evaluated under each heading before diving into major change programmes. People can get their head around this approach. Quite simply if you all agree that you are sitting on one mountain and another higher mountain is in sight but the route is unsure, have that shared vision but do not try and plan out every step, every detail, let it grow out of your learning a step or two at a time!
